Scheduling of Work

The firm calendars all deadlines, court dates, and appointments. It is the client’s responsibility to be promptly present at all court dates and appointments. The firm and client will work together to ensure there none of these dates are inadvertently missed. We expect the client to be well versed on all aspects of their case and to assist the attorney in litigating a proper outcome. Every case is different and the firm cannot and does not guarantee any outcome.

Conflicts of Interest

We check every new client against our current and past clients to prevent conflicts of interest. It is our policy to notify the client in writing when a conflict or potential conflict of interest arises. Furthermore, in contested matters where more than one party appears in our office, we will notify the parties in writing who we cannot represent without written disclosure. If you are a client and this is confusing to you or you believe we need to issue a subsequent letter to a party, please notify us immediately.
